The Following terms and conditions apply;
* The Guest house prices excludes the on line travel Agency (OTA) Commission the commission charged may not be the same.
* Payment must be done in advance for every day checked in
* Check out is 10.00 a.m late check out is 12.00 noon but charged a fee of 25%
* Smooking in the rooms is not allowed and if found can result into the cancellation of the reservation.
* One child is allowed per couple per room at no extra pay and the child must be less than 6 Yrs of age. Each room is for 2 Adults sharing.
* The guest house allows self catering there exist a well equipped communal Kitchen, there is free coffe, tea and drink.
* There exist 24 hr security, Safe and closed parking for vehicles but vehicles are parked at owner's risk.
